This Privacy Policy explains how CoachTrack ("the App", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when personal trainers ("Coaches") use the App to manage their clients and training programs.

Who This Applies To

CoachTrack does not require an account or login. Each Coach uses the App independently, and the information described below is entered directly by the Coach about themselves and their clients.

Information We Collect

• Client Information: Names, phone numbers, and other details a Coach chooses to enter about their clients.
• Fitness Data: Workout history, exercise routines, training programs, and progress measurements entered by the Coach.
• Photos: Progress photos a Coach uploads for a client.
• Purchase History: Subscription and purchase records, processed through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat.
• Device Identifiers: A push-notification token used to deliver reminders and re-engagement notifications.

How We Use Information

All data collected is used solely to operate the App's core features — storing and syncing client and workout data so Coaches can access it across sessions, processing subscriptions, and sending optional push notifications. We do not use this information for advertising, marketing, or analytics profiling, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data Storage

Client and workout data is stored securely in Google Firebase (Firestore) under the Coach's own data space. Data is transmitted using industry-standard encryption.

Third-Party Services

CoachTrack uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Google Firebase — data storage and push notifications
• RevenueCat — subscription management
• Apple App Store — payment processing

These providers process data only as necessary to deliver their service to CoachTrack and are bound by their own privacy and security practices.

Data Retention

Client and workout data is retained for as long as the Coach continues to use the App. A Coach may delete client records directly within the App at any time.

Your Rights

Coaches may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the data associated with their account by contacting us using the details below.

Children's Privacy

CoachTrack is not directed at children and is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
